Refreshing pudding that combines the sweetness of the protein chia and the freshness of the yoghurt. It is the perfect summer snack: healthy, refreshing and definitely trendy!
Step 1: Prepare a chia pudding the day before. Gently mix milk, protein powder, cinnamon and chia in a container and let it rest in the fridge overnight.
Step 2: The next day, take two empty shakes with fruits, yoghurt and the prepared chia pudding mix.
Step 3: Start by adding a layer of ananas and peaches' cubes in each shake.
Step 4: Put a layer of 1 tbs of chia pudding in each shake.
Step 5: Add a layer of 1 tbs of greek yoghurt in each shake.
Step 6: Again, add a layer of ananas and peaches followed by a layer of chia pudding and yoghurt.
Step 7: Decorate your shakes with your beautiful seeds.
Step 8: Serve fresh and enjoy!.
